Daily Recipe: (Budget Wise) Quick Taco Salad

::: Long story short...my internet connection was down last night :::

Prep: 30min
Total: 30min
Makes: 4 servings










What You Need:
1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 pkt. Taco seasoning
About one large head of Romaine lettuce, chopped up
2 Tomatoes, chopped
However much cheese (cheddar, mozzerella,etc) you want, shredded
2 cups Tortilla chips, coarsely crushed

Possible Additions:
Sour Cream
Salsa

Make It:
BROWN meat in large nonstick skillet/pan on medium-high heat; drain.
ADD seasoning mix (do NOT add water), mix well. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat for 3min.
DIVIDE lettuce among four plates. Top evenly eith meat, tomatoes, cheese, crushed chips, and (salsa), (sour cream).

Soooo tasty to me, because I loooooove homemade tacos and when you put two and two together...ya, well...whatever. lol

Daily Recipe: S'mores!

I TOTALLY forgot I was doing daily recipes! Sooooorry! But I remembered! So, it's all good. Here's today's recipe. We're making s'mores!

Prep Time: 5min
Total Time: 5min
Makes: 4 servings









(mmmmm, those s'mores look soooo good! ^ )

What You Need:
4 Big marshmallows, toasted
1 (1.55oz) Hershey's Milk Chocolate (or w/e your preference) Bar, quartered
4 Honey Maid graham crackers, broken in half (8 squares)

SANDWHICH 1 toaste4d marshmallow and one chocolate piece between each of 2 graham crakers to make each s'more.

IF YOU'RE USING A MICROWAVE:
Top 4 graham crackers with 1 chocolate piece and 1 UNTOASTED marchmallow. Place in microwave on a dish onhigh for 15 to 20 secs, or until marshmallow is puffed. Top each with another graham craker and press down gently.

Viola!
